Tell us about the device
Dial *#06# on the phone, or go to Settings › General › About. It’s also on the box.
Bought abroad and shows “SIM not supported”? It’s network locked. Not sure which network? Choose “Other / not sure”.
Ownership and hand-over

Do you have an iCloud or computer backup?

Removing a forgotten passcode means restoring the iPhone, which erases it. With a backup you get your data back. You’ll need your Apple ID password to set it up again.

How will you get the device to us?

Opposite Opportunity Savings & Loans, Nsawam Rd, Circle, Accra

No need to bring your phone. We do this with the IMEI and WhatsApp you when it’s done.
