Simple, fair rules
Who counts as a new customer?
Someone who has not bought from Bangings iCity before, online or in store. Credit is for their first purchase only. Each new customer can be referred once.
When do I get the credit?
When your friend’s order is completed (delivered or collected). If the order is cancelled or returned, the credit is removed.
How is the credit worked out?
5% of the amount your friend paid for their items, not counting delivery.
How do I spend it?
Online: type your credit code (BC-…) in the coupon box at checkout. In store: show the code and your phone number. Use all of it at once or a bit at a time. Credit can’t be exchanged for cash.
Can I refer myself?
No. Purchases with your own phone number or email don’t earn credit. We may refuse referrals that look like abuse.
How long does my link work?
Always. Once a friend opens it, their phone remembers your code for 30 days.
