You authorize Banging's iCity to perform the work described in the Service Estimate (“Service”) on the device identified on the front of this Service Authorization/Receipt (“Your Device”), subject to these Terms and Conditions. If Your Device is under any applicable manufacturer’s warranty, then the terms of Banging's iCity Limited Warranty (see below) also apply and will control if there is any conflict with these terms. In particular, if the Warranty Status of Your Device shown on the front of this Service Authorization is “In Warranty” and Banging's iCity determines on further inspection that the issue with Your Device is not covered by the Limited Warranty (for example, there is damage due to exposure to liquid), then additional charges not shown in the Service Estimate may apply. In that case, Banging's iCity will notify you of the additional charges prior to starting work on your device. Service on Your Device will not begin unless and until you authorize the additional charges. If you receive a loaner device to use while Your Device is being Serviced, and you lose or damage that Loaner Device, you will be charged and liable for the retail price of the Loaner Device. Working on the motherboard with IC, FPC or any other component, is extremely risky even with the tools and knowledge that we have at Banging's iCity repairs. When working on the motherboard our success rate is 90%, 10% your device may not turn on again. Before working on your device, you agreed that you are aware of all risks." Yes' Ticket. Banging's iCity installed warranty seals following the repair. Any tampering of the seales will void the Banging's iCity warranty. We shall notify you when the device has been repaired and is available for collection from the store.
You are solely responsible for backing up any data on Your Device and deleting, encrypting or otherwise protecting your data from unauthorized use. Banging's iCity will not back up or restore your data, and is not responsible for any data that is lost or corrupted. Banging's iCity will not treat data on Your Device as confidential and disclaims any agreement with you or other obligation to do so.
Use of our service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer. Please note, your manufacturer’s warranty will not cover any accidental damage, directly to the manufacturer. Your manufacturer will not cover any accidental damage.
Banging’s iCity may install warranty seals following the repair. Any tampering of the seals will void the Banging’s iCity warranty.

The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer ; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.
What we cover:
All the part ,invisible stamp, Warranty card and labor involved in any repairs done by Banging’s iCity are covered by 1 month warranty
What we don't cover:
water / Liquid Damage , software issues , Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempted and Device by a different company after our repair is done.
All original screens covered by 12 months warranty
All refurbished devices come with 1 month warranty
What we cover:

THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE SETS OUT THE FULL EXTENT OF BANGING'S iCITY RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY REGARDING WORK PERFORMED OR PARTS SUPPLIED BY BANGING'S iCITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE ON YOUR DEVICE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT WILL BANGING'S iCITY BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE FOR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMMERCIAL LOSS OF ANY SORT; LOSS OF USE, TIME, DATA, REPUTATION, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, PROFITS OR SAVINGS; INCONVENIENCE; INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. BANGING'S iCITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE TO THE EXTENT CAUSE BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BANGING'S iCITY FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST IT ARISING FROM YOUR BREACH OF APPLICABLE LAW OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
No agent, employee, dealer, representative or reseller is authorized to modify these Terms and Conditions, to extend the Limited Warranty above or to make binding representations or claims, whether in advertising, presentations or otherwise, on behalf of Banging's iCity regarding the Service.
You and Banging's iCity agree that it is our intention that these Terms and Conditions be enforceable in accordance with their terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. You and Banging's iCity agree that if any portion of these Terms and Conditions are adjudged by a court or arbitrator to be invalid or unenforceable, that adjudication will not invalidate the remainder of these Terms and Conditions and they will be fully enforceable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions state all terms agreed by the parties and supersede all other agreements by the parties relating to its subject matter.
You understand and agree Banging's iCity will collect Meta - Data logs during diagnostic evaluation to improve overall future functionality of diagnostic tools and symptom evaluation in the repair process. The data collected will be used solely by Banging's iCity to enhance and improve this process, may be shared with Banging's iCity affiliates, and will not be distributed further without your consent. Data types that may be collected from your device include: device phone number, device model number, device IMEI, device serial number, downloaded applications & their respective settings and host applications & their respective settings.
Personal information that you provide on this form (such as an email or mailing address) will be used to fulfill the service you have requested and as otherwise permitted in our Privacy Policy; Banging's iCity will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose such information (except as needed to Banging's iCity service vendors or as permitted in our privacy policy) without your prior approval.

Under the Distance selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your repair contract with 1 hours of us receiving your device. If you would like to cancel your repair contract , please email support@bangingsicity.com with your details or call us +233 244 189 559. We will not being any repair work during the 1 hours period unless you specifically request us to proceed. This is normally confirmed by email. For call out customers repair will be started immediately unless you specifically ask us to delay the repair. when we receive your device , we will contact you to let you know usually by email or SMS then we start the repair.

Post your device to us. We repair it same day . You receive it back next day via tracked & insured return delivery ..... Free Return Postage
Once completed , your order will be returned by insured traced mail. This is generally a next working day service , however this is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays that are out of our control . On some occasions when this delivery service is not available , we may use alternative carrier. Your package is fully tracked and a tracking reference is available.
All Prices are up to date and fixed on our website.
PayPal,Debit card, cash, MTN Mobile Money ,Bank Transfer can make payment . All payment has to be made prior to any repair.
NON REFUNDABLE REPAIRS
A few of our repairs are non refundable , this includes liquid damage repairs pick up fee , Job card and/ or liquid damage related repairs and diagnostics if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
BANGING'S iCITY reserves the right, at any time, to modify the terms of this Terms of Service, by making those modifications available on this website or by providing notice to you. Any modification will be effective immediately upon posting on this website or other such notice. You are deemed to have agreed to such modification through your continued use of the products or services.
BANGING'S iCITY failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If a provision is found unenforceable, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, and all provisions not affected will remain in full effect to the fullest extent possible consistent with the intent of the parties.
